Currently along with private dinner parties and social events, Texas Toque services Fraternity Houses at Southern Methodist University. We have now expanded to include personal instruction.
Chef Ken Cobb is a former Certified Executive Chef with over 23 years Culinary Industry experience. Chef Ken has taught at the Art Institute of Dallas for 5 years and was the lead Instructor. He has worked his way up the culinary ladder from being an intern at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles to Executive Chef at the World Trade Center in Portland, Oregon. He will come to your home or you may come to his commercial kitchen and learn everything from basic knife skills to sausage making!
